Ok, down to the exciting part. Books!
So, on the front page you may or may not have seen how I have a few upcoming releases. As an Indie author who has worked on her trade for over ten years and counting, this upcoming release in December is going to be epic!
I've had to hold this one close and it nearly drove me insane. But here we are! It is part of a lovely fairytale retelling series with some other lovely authors you need to check out. Their works are fantabulous.
For this book, I can't tell you the fairytale yet, but I will give you a bit of what you'll find within.
It is a clean, werewolf fated mates book with so many of the things I look for in a tale:

These two MCs--gosh, they were an honor to write. I made friends with them in my head early on and they pretty much took care of the rest. And just so you know, these two MC's are guys you want to make friendly with. They are terrifying enemies, especially once they finally--ok, spoilers. So sorry.
It is a tale of redemption, of love, of gaining freedom from bonds you never chose. It shows the nitty, gritty truth of how relationships shape our perspective of life and how abusers come in every form, from friendships, to partners, to mothers, and everything in between. But it shows that there is always hope. There is always freedom. You are never stuck. There is always a way out. We just have to find it.
And if you feel you or a loved one are in an abusive relationship--just because they haven't been hit does not mean its not abuse--please check out my resource page for clarity and hope. People in terrible and terrifying situations have come through and gone through and they came out beautiful examples of what a healed, loving, no-sh*t taking (no that word is never in my books, but it is applicable here), butt-kicker heroins of their own.
